How GoGermany collects, uses and protects your data · Last updated: July 2026
GoGermany ("we") operates www.gogermany.ma, a platform that helps people move to Germany for vocational training (Ausbildung), studies or work. For any privacy matter, the data controller can be reached at contact@gogermany.ma.
When you create an account (email or Google sign-in) we store your email and name. Your profile may hold optional details you add. Texts or files you submit to our AI tools (CV, cover letter) are processed solely to generate your document. Messages you send us are kept to answer you.
We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, device type, approximate region) and hosting performance data from Vercel. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember preferences (theme, language, cookie choice). Analytics and advertising cookies (Google AdSense) are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner — we use Google Consent Mode v2, and everything except essentials starts OFF. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
To provide the service (accounts, saved progress, AI document generation), improve our guides and tools, measure our audience, display the advertising that keeps the tools free, and reply to your messages. We never sell personal data.
Supabase (accounts and database), Google (Analytics, AdSense, sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI text generation — your tool inputs are processed to produce your document), Replicate (image generation), and affiliate partners when you click clearly marked partner links. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account anytime from your profile page — this removes your personal data. All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not use your AI-tool inputs to train models.
Under the GDPR and applicable law you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to contact@gogermany.ma or use the account-deletion option in your profile. You may also complain to a data-protection authority.
The site is not directed at children under 16. We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be announced on the site with a new "last updated" date.
